Hi,
I recently got a new motherboard and hooked it up to my pc. I turned it on all fine until the windows 7 loading screen appears, it freezes. This is because i don't have the right drivers for the new motherboard on my hard drive. I now have a second hard drive and a new windows 7, but when i install windows 7 on my old hard drive (upgrade option) it says that i have to try again and put the disk in after restarting the computer?
I want to get both hard drives working with all my stuff kept on the old one.
Another thing, i installed windows 7 on the new hard drive, starts up ok but it does not connect to the internet? I have an ethernet connection plugged in with the green light on and the yellow flashing, but no internet. I also have a pci network card, and that is not working either?
If anyone could help i would be grateful
Thanks

New motherboard=new install of Windows.
You have to install the LAN drivers for the new motherboard, as well as all the other drivers for it.....sound, chipset, SATA, etc, they should have came with the new board on a DVD, or you can download them from the motherboard vendors website.
