GA-Z87X-OC for $260 NZD($210USD) or Z87-PLUS for $210 NZD($175USD) both including postage?

I have a:

CPU: I7-4770K
GPU: Dual SLI GTX 680's (one ASUS one EVGA SC Signature 2 Edition
RAM: 4x 4GB DDR3 RAM G-Skill RipjawZ 1833mhz
HDD: 120gb Samsung SSD 840 Series
1TB Western Digital Hard Drive WD10EADS
PSU: Coolermaster 750w 80 Plus Bronze

ASUS Blu-ray Disc Recordable Drive BW-12B1ST
All currently housed in a Antec 300 (probably going to upgrade)

The GB has more PCI-E 3 sockets, which some like to have, otherwise think the Plus is overall the better mobo (2 additional SATA ports, better audio, a d-Sub and a DVI video

What bonuses does it really have tbh i'm not that good with mobos :) i had only planned on sli and overclocking i know the oc has a few extra fancy overclocking things but i don't know how they work or their uses
