My computer won’t even post.

Here’s what i have:
Gigabyte 970a-d3 rev 3.0
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133
Corsair 120 gb ssd
Fx-8350
Naxn 750 watt powersupply.

Everything works fine.
But when i remove the memory and install one stick of:
Brand: Wave

Type: 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM

Capacity: 4GB (512x8 ; 8 chips)

Speed: DDR3 PC1333 (PC3 10600)

Cas Latency: 9

Voltage: 1.5V

It won’t even post. I can’t even get into the bios. This is driving me mad. Any idea why this won’t work? It says in the documentation from gigabyte this should be compatible.
