Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB DDR3-1600MHz Dual Kit (XMP)
PSU 750wat
anyone can suggest to me some really good cards?

The MSI GTX760 Twin Frozr OC edition will outperform the ASUS. The ASUS is still a great card, the MSI merely has it beat in the 760 playground. It's probably cheaper too.

twinfrozr will stay cooler but personally id get the 7950 as they overclock really well way past a gtx760 in terms of performance

There's no need to go above 1600mhz for RAM. This is the sweet spot for most needs. Besides, the increase in performance over 1600 is negligible.
