Help on picking out a graphics card

I'm here to find out what cards are the most bang for your buck. I'm working with 150 dollars and no more. I'd really prefer a 2gb model. Been looking at the asus 7770 and 7790 as well as the asus gtx 650 ti. Im lost and would really like some expert opinions.
