For gaming, the graphics card is all important.
My rule of thumb for a balanced gamer is to budget twice the cpu cost for the graphics card.
In this example, the 7750 is a very entry level graphics card that costs less than the cpu.
As a rule, you will get more for your money and a better pc if you assemble one yourself.
