New rig configuration within Rs.40k to play latest games.Processors,Motherboards,RAM,Graphics Cards,PSU.Advise sought?

I am planning a new rig within Rs.40k which shall keep me updated for the next 2-3 years as well as allow me to play the latest games. So what Processors (Intel based),MotherBoards(Intel based preferred),RAM,Graphics Cards(Nvidia preferably),PSU, should I look for??Do I need a cabinet too as well as fans and heatsinks??

My OLD PC has a Nvidia Gt430, 2GB DDR3 RAM and a 400w PSU which I can use.Please help.

AMD FX 6300(Rs7300)
Nvidia GTX 650 ti boost(rs12000)
8 gb 1600 mhz ram by kingston or corsair(5100)
Cooler Master thunder 500watt psu(3200)
Antec X1 Cabinet(2300)
Asus m5a97 LE r2.0 or if you want to take risk go for MSI g46(under rs6000)

it's GREAT( This total set should cost you not more than Rs36000 if purchased from brick and motor stores and not flipkart or snapdeal or primeabgb or Amazon)
. this is my suggestion based on AMD CPU. don't know what is your problem with AMD but i can tell you it's great. and before AMD i used to own core 2 duo e8400 for 5 years. anyway do let me know i you are in need for more help.
