My dad has recently wanted for me to build him a computer comprising of my older CPU i recently replaced (AMD fx-4170). He only want's to do programs such as adobe light room and Photoshop, so he doesn't really need a powerful video card.

What would you recommend we get, something super cheap, just good enough to display to the monitor, or something with a little extra just in case he does decide to use something GPU based?

You should have integrated graphics onto your motherboard so just use ur cpu s gpu (its integrated plug the monitor cable into motherboard and off u go)

This is more than enough for your dad :)

This will even handle 720p/1080p youtube videos and some gaming if he feels like it
