Looking for a cheap graphics card for heavy CPU applications

My dad has recently wanted for me to build him a computer comprising of my older CPU i recently replaced (AMD fx-4170). He only want's to do programs such as adobe light room and Photoshop, so he doesn't really need a powerful video card.

What would you recommend we get, something super cheap, just good enough to display to the monitor, or something with a little extra just in case he does decide to use something GPU based?

This is more than enough for your dad :) http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-630-DDR3-Graphics-Card/dp/B008C0XK7U/ref=sr_1_6?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1389547453&sr=1-6&keywords=gt+630

This will even handle 720p/1080p youtube videos and some gaming if he feels like it
