Is this build okay?

I'm building a PC for gaming that'll run games like Battlefield 4 and maybe Crysis 3 (though I understand how demanding that game is) at high/max settings and I'm unsure as to whether or not my chosen parts will do this at all, let alone while remaining at a fairly high FPS. Here's the specs:
Case: Bitfenix Shinobi
CPU: Intel i5 4670k
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-PRO
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance
Sound Card: Creative OEM SB Z 5.1
Optical Drive: DVD+/- RW - 22X Samsung SATA
Hard Drive: 1TB SEAGATE
GPU: Nvidia GTX770
PSU: CiT 850W Black Edition
OS: Windows 7 Professional

Thanks.

The build is great and all but a few problems:

PSU - that is a unreliable psu and will most likely deliver much less power than stated on the box, also might/will fail and destroy your pc

Also you won't need more than 550w-650w for that system, go for a reliable brand like SeaSonic, XFX, EVGA, Corsair, Antec or Silverstone or even OCZ

The sound card won't be required but its up to you, I would use that money on an SSD or something else

Case- I own a bitfenix shinobi windowed, and I'm telling you get the windowed one!

Also if you are overclocking get an aftermarket cooler like a hyper 212 evo or a noctua, bit of a waste not to OC when you get a K-Series CPU and 87 mobo

Everything else seems fine and should run most/all games at...

Thanks, guys. I'll dump the sound card and the money saved will go towards a CPU cooler and I'll get a different PSU, probably a Corsair one.
Any other issues with the build or things that could be changed for the better?

It's good to go, may I ask which 770 are you getting?
