Solution
The MSI Z87-G43 is a bad choice for motherboards. The VRMs tend to overheat on that board. I would rather go for Asus Z87-A: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131981

The HDD is too expensive. You don't need a WD Black as a secondary drive. This will do just fine: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840

Go for this psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
It's better quality than the Corsair CX600 and cheaper.

Cheaper ram, same performance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

Go for the GTX 770.

Thanks alot, saved me alot of money. Any suggestions on a case?

Well in the 200R price range, there's a couple of other options:'
Cooler Master HAF 912: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc912kkn1
NZXT Source 210 Elite: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-s210e001
Antec One: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-case-one
Bitfenix Shinobi: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-shinobi

If you do plan to go for the CM HAF 912 or Bitfenix Shinobi, buy them from NCIX over Newegg. NCIX charges free shipping on orders over $100, so grab the Seagate Barracuda from them as well: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=65701&vpn=ST1000DM003&manufacture=Seagate&promoid=1019
That way, you'll get free shipping on the case and HDD.
