I recently bought a brand new sony vaio 14e laptop with windows 8 and i3 processor.

After setting it up i noticed that it didn't seem as quick as i thought it should have been. after using it for a week it was still slow and repeatedly crashed when doing minor tasks like playing videos on youtube.

So last night i reset it to its factory setting.

So i tried again, everything seemed fine the laptop was great, running super fast for about 10 mins thereafter it has gone back to being slow again.

Does anyone know why this is and what i can do to solve it?

Bloat software means the software computer comes with. Like yandex... If you dont use it then remove it.
There are 3 ways to remove those bloat softwares
1-open control panel
Just press widows logo and type control panel. You can find "configure or remove software"
2-right click on bloat software on desktop. Open file location. Click uninstall.
3-download softwares like revo uninstaller, which doesnt simply delete files. It also removes any trash the software left behind.
Sorry for late response i m not even a member of this site lol.
Just wandering around in web. Sorry for bad english typing from phone. I had same problem. Sooo i think it has something with windows 8.
