Here are some screenshots of said graphic issues (it was really hard to capture it with screenshots) The first picture is withe the settings at low then I show the video settings I usually play with followed with more pictures of the artifacts:

I have the newest Nvidia drivers from 1/7/2013. I did a complete uninstall of old drivers using driver sweeper before installing the newest drivers.

Also, I have checked my GPU/CPU temperatures while playing and they are not overheating (GPU usually around 68C).

No matter what video settings I use it seems to show up. Arguably worse when I had settings on the lowest. Objects that frequently have flickering artifacts are bushes, trees, wood walls, chain-linked fences, and water. It is usually worse if the object is further away or if I am in a helicopter.

I also don't think it is my GPU because it was doing very similar flickering when I had a Sapphire 7970 3GB OC.

Is this type of flickering/artifacts just an inherent part of this game due to its vastness? Or is something wrong with my hardware/software/in-game graphics settings?

I have a QNIX Evolution II 2560x1440 monitor which I usually run at 110Hz (if the game I am playing can go that high). I don't think this would affect it because it isn't screen tearing. I also have a 2nd Asus 24" monitor just for misc. use while i am gaming.

Any suggestions on possible fixes I would greatly appreciate. It seems like the flickering/graphic issues has slowly decreased the more patches Battlefield has put out + driver updates.

**TLDR** Battlefield has weird flickering artifacts on certain objects on every map regardless of my in-game video settings.

Thanks,

BeeGeePee

Imagine the areas I circled flickering. For instance, the one with the rice patties water. It flickers between the blue and brown. Normally, when you are up close to it, it is just solid water (blue). The brown is the terrain under the water which shouldn't be flickering when you look at it. You should only see it if you are under the water.

The last picture you can see two areas I circled. These should look like the rest of the sidewalk/curb surrounding those areas but for some reason they are flickering.

Like i said it was very hard to capture with screenshots. I took several others but when I looked the screen shots it looks perfectly fine. If you haven't experienced this issue it may be hard to understand. I'll see if I can find any videos fo it.

around 1 minute is when I saw similar flickering he was experiencing as I do.

Thats not artifacts I dont believe. The flickering on the wooden fence around 1 minute is something I have seen myself. I think thats more bad programming thats still being fixed by dice. Only solution I can think of would be too change video settings around but I think its the game itself.

Ya that seems to be the consensus I got from the forums on battlelog. I am glad it isn't my hardware, but I wish they would fix it.
