graphics card needed for computer?

Does my computer need a graphics card? I am not building a gaming pc, but a high performance all around pc. Also if it helps, the CPU that I am using is the AMD A10-6800K.

Well, that is an APU (has a pretty decent GPU built in). Basically is is a low-mid range CPU with a decent GPU on board. They are made for low end gaming builds, not high performance all around computers.
