I'm receiving a 10 on the Dr.Debug, PEI Core Is started. Can anyone help?

What components? Have you tested with single RAM module installed - test each slot?

Yeah I've tried that, it's fluctuating between 10,36 and 99

What's the BIOS version (check the sticker on the board's BIOS chip Px.xx)?

THe CPU is supported, I suggest testing the board out of the case, for ruling out a short. Put the board on its cardbox and test.

If starting with only CPU and CPU fan installed, what code getting?

19 is the code just for the CPU, not installed the fan untill I know it works

Install the CPU fan and connect it to the CPU_Fan header. You don't want the CPU to get fried. Then insert single RAM module and check again the code.

You'll uninstall, clean them and send back.
Without the fan, the CPU might get damaged.
