So i recorded 2 hours 30 mins of a mission with my arma 3 unit and the fps in game was completely fine but when i come to watch it the entire thing has flashing colours over the top half and the audio keeps making weird sqeeky sounds. is there any way fix this problem as i need the video and it is impossible to record it again.

I searched the dxtory forums - http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?board=3.0 - (all 23 pages) and could not find a solution. Of course I may have missed something as I didn't read every thread. What settings did you use to record gameplay? I'm not a gamer so I'm just guessing here but maybe it's a codec problem. Have you tried opening the file in any video editing program or tried opening it with something like Handbrake or MPEG Streamclip?
the problem was with the hard drive i was recording onto it had developed driver errors but i have no fixed them thank you for time and effort in helping me it was much appreciated seems like the techies are the only nice pple in the world these days lol thank you again
