ok, so I've developed an affinity for building (or at the very least buying) interesting computer stuff. I might have to find a CA meeting and get a sponsor, but anyhooo...
as I was poking through the ASRock site, the various yellow Formula boards caught my eye. nice color combinations. I wanna build a system using that. I already have a workstation and a gaming machine, so really this would be quite pointless other than being yellow and interesting to look at.
(plan B is to just buy the mobo, and nail it to the wall, call it MobArt)
thoughts?
what color ram sticks? yellow? or is that too much? red? blue?
interesting looking heat sinks?
what's a cool open-type case that will actually show off the design? like a test bench thing. compact so that I could even carry it to work or the cottage or wherever.
graphics card? looks & style trump GPU performance
