i watched this video and thought the Intel Core i7-4770K haswell would be the best for my build.

after I wrote down everything i need for my build, i went on pcpartpicker.com to see if everything is good and how much it will be, and i looked up "Intel Core i7-4770K haswell" on it, but it only showed me "Intel Core i7-4770K" (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74770k).

is Intel Core i7-4770K and i7-4770K "Haswell" the same thing or different?

if it is different, what are the pros and cons of each one?

If you look at the cpu list, you will only see 4 cpu's.

i7 4770
i7 4770K
i7 4770S
i7 4771

K = overclock (unlocked multiplier)
S = lower tdp

The 4770 is the base. It cannot be overclocked. The 4770k can be overclocked. The 4770s runs cooler. The 4771 is just like the 4770k but not overclockable. Haswell is the chip architecture.
