How often does Nvidia change free game packs?

I bought an EVGA GeForce 760 a few weeks ago, and set up the rest of my build specifically to be able to support SLI 760s in the future.

I'm in no rush to get the second 760 so I was thinking I would wait until Nvidia refreshes their free games.

I got Assassin's Creed IV and Splinter Cell: Blacklist this time, so if I buy a second one I would want something different.

Usually it's every few months, most particularly around the launch of an Nvidia optimized title. Once the "holidays" are officially over and a new title is brewing to come out, expect a change in the free titles. My guess would be March, since that seems to be when the next onslaught of games are coming.
