Best CPU for R9 270x VAPOR-X on my system specs

Hello, recently i bought new graphic card: Sapphire R9 270x VAPOR-X, 2GB
so im wonder what is the best CPU choice based on system specification?

I have:

GPU: R9 270x VAPOR-X
MBO: Gigabyte 970A-UD3
PSU: XFX Core Edition 450W

And please consult me should i buy new power supply after upgrade, and will my motherboard hold up in performance with new CPU and GPU?

Thanks for fast reply. I can buy this fx8320 in my country for 170€, maybe less. I wouldn't go more than 170€. So if i get new cpu like this: FX X8 8320 (3.5GHz, 16MB cache, Eight Core) im good with that cpu+gpu+mbo?

And i will definitely upgrade my psu to better one in nearly future.
