I have a m2n68-am se2 motherboard. What graphics card would you suggest? I'm a more like a gamer person, so I shoot for a high fps gameplay. As much as I try, I merely have low fps. If you would please give me some advice and information, I would appreciate it. Do I need a new cpu card? My current graphics card is GeForce 9800, OS Windows 7, 4 gb ram and about 750 GB hardware space. Thanks for your help!

Your graphics card has a TDP of 67 watts, so you will need to consider how much power your power supply has available for a new card. On the AMD side a HD 6670 (around $70 USD new) would be a big improvement for you and you would not need to change the power supply. You didn't specify your CPU, but if you have the money to upgrade to a better processor that your motherboard can support you could probably gain some FPS depending on the game.
