Fully modular psu for under 80$

I need a fully modular psu for under 80$ I'll be running i7-4770k and 1 r9-270x along with 2 3.5 inch HDD and 2 2.5 inch ssd and I will be overclocking, what's the best option?if I have to I'll go semi, but i would like tog of ill modular

A 270X needs about a 500w psu and 2 6 pin pcie connectors.
With such a psu, there will be only one or two leads that might go unused.
In a decent case, laying those few leads aside is no big issue.

If your build is for gaming, I might suggest a i5-4670K instead and put the $100 saved towards a stronger graphics card. You will game better.
