Need to Erase HDD

Ok so I am trying to erase my HDD, have W7 on bootable flash, and HDD wiping utility on a CD. Problem is I cant get the CD or the flash to load, keep getting a error in Boot Manger that seys "error files inaccessible". Is there anyway I can get the CD to load in BIOS? to wipe the HDD so I can try to install W7?

Did you just copy the .ISO images to the CD or did you expand them and burn them to a disk using something like imgburn? A .ISO file will NOT boot. It has to be expanded and written to a disk using the appropriate software: http://www.imgburn.com/

Yea I have tried that it still won load the Dban, iv opened it on this computer just fine so I know it is burned right on it. But again it wont boot the CD itself
