Your rig needs a minimum of 28A on the 12V rail, and a minimum 420W. I'd recommend:

EVGA 500W $39.99 [$29.99 with MIR]

Has 40A on the 12v rail.

Sorry i should have mentioned this in the original post but can it be modular as my case is really quite small and has poor cable management

And neither one of those is as good as the Rosewill Capstone manufactured by Super Flower. An excellent psu. If you really want a great modular psu that is the one to get

You're also talking about a $15 difference between the price of a Corsair and a Rosewill, with Corsair being a much more trusted and consistent brand than Rosewill.

At $60, the Rosewill is competing with much more powerful PSUs, such as

Corsair CX600m - $65 [$55 w/ MIR] 46A on the 12v

And I'm going to go out and say 150W extra including 9A on the 12v is superior to a Gold efficiency.

The Capstone blows away a cheap BUDGET CX600M , the CX series has cheap capacitors.

The CX models use cheaper capacitors making it at best a budget build psu and one I never recommend.

Super Flower is a name that is spoken with the same respect given Seasonic supplies. Only a few Rosewill supplies are make by Super Flower but this is one of them and is still a great deal.

BTW he wants a supply for a certain setup. This will give him the power he needs now with the added benefit of being modular which he asked for.

Thank you all for your suggestions and explanations (even though i had to look up what you were talking about).

The Rosewill capstone sounds like a great PSU to me but unfortunately i live in England and i cant seem to find a trusted retailer that sells this particular PSU. Sorry about this but can i ask you to give this one last shot?

This XFX 650 is semi-modular (meaning the parts you need are still attatched) and is 70 pounds

I would say no on that OCZ. I am not pleased with most OCZ's. Their quality has dropped over the years as they use cheaper manufacturers for their psu's.

The reason you cannot find it is because Rosewill is Newegg's house brand, only recently (2012) did they start spreading its wings.

And yes, the CX series is a Tier 3 PSU, whereas the Capstones are a Tier 2. But the Capstones being 43% more expensive ($50 vs $35), the CX430M fits his PC, his semi-modular needs, and the last line on his original sentence:
