Computer won't boot from ssd

My computers power supply burnt out the other day. I finally got it replaced and now the computer won't boot using the SSD even though its set as the default. I have a HDD, but only the SSD drive has windows installed. Also when I go through the Bios menu I can get it to boot from the SSD with no problem.

Remove the other HDD, if it still doesn't boot, consider re-installing windows.
It is possible your PSU took the SDD to the grave with it.

Tried to remove my HDD, and couldn't boot, but once i plugged the HDD back it, it was fine. Not sure what happened but thanks a lot.
