Reference R9 Series Graphics Cards

Hey guys, I have a question, on videos of the R9 Series Graphics Cards, they were reviewing Graphics Card that were a Reference Card. They were not from msi, GIGABYTE, or anything like that.

Probably engineering samples of the card, they are going to have some of these cards for other companies to reference to and also for display, but in general it isn't available for consumers to buy them.
