Does this system need CPU cooler if I will not OC?

I am just wondering if the following system would require a CPU cooler (or any other additional cooler besides case fans) if I do not plan to overclock. Any thoughts?

Also, if at some point I do plan to overclock - CPU, memory, GPU, etc., what kind of cooling system would I require? I am more curious than serious about this. If I could choose light OCs on all of them without having to add additional cooling, that would be my preference.

Thanks!

Solution
Just buy the CPU cooler, your going to overclock in the future anyways. Also I would just buy a single 780 instead of 2 760's and you don't have to buy thermal compound the CPU cooler comes with it.

Thanks, Cookieninja (my daughters are masters of the same martial art).

The only reason I listed the 760s is that I already own one and listed another in case I want to go SLI at some point - for purposes of calculating power supply. Most likely, since I will not upgrade cards until later this year or next, I will go with a better single and not another 760.

One more question, is that cooler listed sufficient? If I do OC, it is going to be conservative - a set and forget level - as I do not have the time to be chasing the dials.

Thanks.

I noticed that, thank you for mentioning it. I have been trying to find benchmarks or some comparison for two of my current card in SLI vs. anything, such as the 780, so I can compare performance vs. cost. If you know of anything, please let me know.

I have found many benchmark/comparison sites/reviews/etc., but nothing yet that pairs my specific card in SLI to others.

Maybe you or others know...I should pose this question to the GPU forum.

Update: I am now in queue (354th) to swap my card for a 780 ti. The price is a tiny bit steep, but it will ensure my utter invulnerability to the future for generations to come.
