how do i adjust the memory speed on BIOS?

this is my rig and the mother board i'm getting has 1600/1866 DDR3 ram default.

the memory i'll be getting is this one. it has 2133 MHz which is much higher than the default settings, and i want to adjust the BIOS settings as 2133 MHz.

if i want to adjust the settings on the BIOS, how do i do that?
i don't know how to control the BIOS and i have never been to one since it's my first time building a computer, so please be specific

No problem with the Sabertooth, simply go into BIOS and enable XMP, it supports 2133 sticks

Yes, same way as long as your CPU can carry them, most 4670K and 4770Ks do with no problem
