Connecting PS4 to 2 displays

How can i connect my ps4 to both my monitor and my tv at same time, but only using one.

I'd like to play certain games on the monitor like FPS games, but switch to my tv when playing other adventure-type games.

Is there a way to go around switching which HDMI wire is plugged into my ps4 everytime i wanna switch?

For what you want you will need 1 input(ps4) and 2 outputs(monitor and TV).

Some friend's of mine said i would need 2 Input ports on a splitter for it to work, although im doubting that. I guess a standard HDMI splitter will do?
