Loud psu fan starting my computer

When I start my computer my psu fan is loud then over time maybe 1-2 min my psu fan is quiet. Is there somthing wrong with my psu. This has never happend before.

Sometimes when I turn on my computer my psu fan is quiet

I'm ok with another best answer :). It may be that your unit is designed in a way that gives maximum cooling, until it has a chance to check and see how much power draw there is, and then it slows down. My old unit did that. Has your always been like this, or is this a new thing?

Now that you say that, it is most likelty that the unit;s temp sensor is still hot from your gaming, and still has to be cooled down, which your fasndo for a bit when you first turn the unit on. once they are cooled, the fan can turn off, or go to a low rmp state.
