I am not going ever do any kind of OC, for gaming and working (not rendering) and I prefer don't increase the budget.

1) The system will be silent and keeping acceptable temperature?

2) Some pieces are overkilled?

3) Any extra thoughts?

Here is the build:

Thank you!

Indeed a better PSU. 600W should be plenty for you. I've read that some people consider the 1TB barracuda "loud" but I haven't really noticed it. I don't care for noise though. Sleeve fans create the most noise out of all the other types of fans. consider either replacing the cooler fans with higher end fans like hydra fans or going with a closed loop liquid cooling solution.
