so with all the price gouging bs going on, ive come to the conclusion that it'll never end. my buddy is willing to sell me a r9 290 for 400 which ill slap on a accelero for 70 somthing. is it worth the wait for the non refs? or will aftermarket cooled do enough?

Just sld my 290 had the accelero xtreme 3 on it. Had it overclocked a little to 1100mhz on the core and 1450 on the memory and got 55 degrees max on the core and highest vrm temps was 69c. Fan speed on 50 percent using afterburner and the card was still quiet. Aftermarket worked well for me.
