I basically pay 80$ a month for a sub-par cable internet our bandwidth is lowered they could be faster but that service is 120$ month through our monopoly local telephone company that bought out the local cable company and our upload is only like .256ks download is like 5Mbs. Long story short you have to pay an arm and leg for internet here.

But this year we got a strong 4g LTE, 19 mbs down and at least 2 mbs up. I can USB tether my phone to the computer and enjoy most of this speed for free with my unlimited service.

How do I use my computer (usb tether) internet and share it with my router?

I understand basics of a topology and understand I am basically going to setup my Ethernet to go out to my router in spot. I do have some good motherboard that might make it easier I have two Ethernet connections on my motherboard. and some software to customize this connection. Unfortunately never really needed to use it features so I do not know much about it.

Thanks

I wish I could find a cellular broadband service that allows tethered use with unlimited usage. Most I have found only allow unlimited when you are using the phone only as soon as you tether they put a expensive cap on the bandwidth.

You should be able to use ICS to share it. Microsoft site has excellent instructions so I will not duplicate here. It works mostly but you have to be careful what you run on the PC since load may affects it ability to route traffic.
If your phone can act as a hotspot it maybe easier since you can then directly connect most devices. You can also use a router that can use a wireless signal for a WAN.
