Good monitor for around 200$?

Picture quality is a must. My current 21" acer on bf4 ultra looks like im still on mediua low graphics its bad

Oh and the biggest thing i want it coloring. My sucks for coloring. I want the colors to be able to be seen

The vx238h is an awesome 23" inch monitor with 1ms and it had 80,000,000:1 contrast ratio which is very good and the colour looks vibrant and crisp bought one recently and am very impressed it costs around $180.
