How do I get to the BIOS on Windows 8?

I was hoping to do some over clocking for the first time but I don't know how to open the BIOS. Once I do get into the BIOS, could you guys give me some tips on Over clocking?

i dont think the bios is dependent on the OS, because you access it before the OS gets loaded.
well, discussing overclocking here would be too long. there are tons of guides online, just google it, have patience (its not a 10min task).
take it slow esp since you are a beginner, dont just jump to 5ghz. if you encounter issues, then that is the time to ask here. good luck
