MSi mobo giving me debug code 66 which means "late cpu initialization" What is it and what can i do about it.

My cpu is the i5 4670k and the mobo is an msi z87 gd-65 gaming. I am also sort of worried about the temps at idle(in bios) hovering around the 50 degree mark.
