So I updated my bios the other day, but my cpu was overclocked. After I updated bios I noticed settings were gone so I tried to overclock again but it wasnt saving settings. Also the v core settings in bios do not match settings in cpu-z or asus ai suite. Ive read that I shouldnt update bios while cpu is overclocked. Did I mess up and how do I fix it? I have a Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0.
