gtx 660 ti superclocked tdp = 150W
i5 4570s tdp = 84w
mobo and other comp = 30W
Total = 264W
You are good to go with that psu. what amps is present in 12V rail of your psu?

if you have sli system then the total wattage at load is around 420 - 430W. You must have at least 42A on 12V rail. 12X42 = 504W.

If that doesn't work , try downloading gpuz and check the logs to see the max gpu usage. If its not 98% or above...something is wrong. Also what resolution are you running the game?

open your case and check the amperes in psu labelled under +12v. If amps is more than 42 (generally it is 62A for a 750W PSU) then you are fine. Other than that it may be a driver issue.
