i got two options please suggest what to choose:

1. lenovo g500s
i5 3110m@2.5
4gb RAM
500GB HDD
GT720m 2gb ddr3

2. sony vaio fit 15e
i5 3337u@1.8
4gb RAM
500GB HDD
GT740m 1gb ddr3

suggest a good one please.
my father told me to go for the sony as it has mind blowing sound,screen,keyboard,looks,3months jive....
and as for lenovo its build quality is like a rock....

One more vote for the Sony, no contest. Their laptops are usually very well made, but sometimes overpriced.

2GB of VRAM on a mid-low end GPU is marketing, nothing more. The 740M is the better card.

You can easily play gta 4 with both of laptops.

If you want to compare this one is GT720m http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-720M.90247.0.html
and this one is GT 740m http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-740M.89900.0.html

According to this (scroll down for gaming benchmarks), you should have about 22fps at high, 45 at medium and 66 at low (720p).

Well some people doesn't know that you need to scan for viruses,malware,clean from trash,heating,that you can't keep charger plugged in all the time because it'll kill your battery and so on...

And I don't know main vaio's problems because I don't own one.
