new gaming pc reboots after hours of gaming

not all games do this just the ones who are harder on graphics such as BF4, witcher 2, ESO.

my temps are fine cpu always under 60 celcius and gpu under 70.

i5 4670k haswell
asus 87z motherboard
800w psu
windforce gtx 770 4gb
16gb corsair ram
80i corsair water cooler
256gb samsung ssd
3tb external hdd
a b 4 Gaming

Sounds like a too small or failing PSU.

What PSU do you have. It might be that your PSU cant keep up with the higher demanding games and causes your system to shut down. Cause your temps are ok so thats why it makes me lean towards your power supply.

i read up a bit on it, and it appears its not the greatest of psu. not very stable/reliable.
which psu would my build work best with?

Seasonic PSU's and XFX PSU are really good. Here is a 850W XFX psu.
