I heard radeon r7 260x 2gb ddr5 is better than geforce gtx 650ti boost ddr5.

But r7 260x has 128 bit memory bus whereas 650ti boost has 192 bit memory bus. So which one is better please help me friends.

Yeah, memory bus and bandwidth are important but the overall perfomance of the gpu is most important, and as you can see the r7 is like 20% worse than the gtx.

Nvidia GTX 650Ti is NOT better than Radeon XFX R7 260X (2GB,DDR5) OC EDITION!!!!! I have before GTX 650Ti and is NOt better in anything than XFX R7 260X OC... Now i have this card and run games in ULTRA settings when the GTX those same games barely moved on high settings. Do not forget that generally Radeon have lot better SSAA antialiasing and is better for overclock.

is NOT better,Believe me, I've have before GTX 650Ti and now I have XFX R7 260X (2GB,DDR5) OC EDITION. do not listen to these who have only nvidia, normally you would say that it is better and it is not. Look at other forums which is better

One of the main reasons I say do not get the r7 260x is because they have driver issues and a lot of people get blank screens because of this. I know from experience.

Yes I have had the r7 260x and changed it for the nvidia card because I started to get black screen, so did many other people!

I'm presuming you haven't had the card long by the way you are talking, so there is still time for you to get the black screen.

I admit, I am basing this on a bad experience, because ebuyer would not return my item. The r7 260x did seem better for performance, and the black screen never happened in game. But when you're downloading a massive file and that happens it makes you wonder where the money you spent has gone. So I think it's better for people to not even bother risking it as the black screen seems very common among tom's hardware threads.


P.S I just realised I actually have the 750ti Twin Frozr OC. My mistake, my argument is invalid :p

Stupid reason there is no mean of blank screen.I am using Gigabyte R7 260x OC 2.0 and it is running smoothly.Gigabyte simply provide driver cd with graphic card and you can get drivers from amd official site easily.If you want to play game really fast,smoothly,better + future proof.Close your eyes and go to R7 260x(But Better Company like asus,gigabyte,msi etc)
