i need a pc that can watch full HD movies, with monitor 500$, i just want to watch movies and do some browsing on my pc with good sharp picture, thank you for your help

hey thx guys for the quick answer, i already got a good laptop for gaming, yeah amd and mobo is better, and maybe i didnt give the full description well, what i want is a full hd 1920x1080, monitor you know hdmi support so very sorry i didnt mention it earlier, and i didnt saw the vga is the vga onboard? earlier sorry im new at building system desktop the last time i built it was like in the 90s haha 95 i think thank you again
