What are these wireless networks with SSID "attwifi" and "ANY"?

Four days ago appeared two new wireless networks, one named "attwifi" (this one not always appears) and the other one "ANY".
Always when my PC gets connected to my home's wireless network also gets connected to "attwifi", so my pc is connected to two different networks at the same time (mine and attwifi) and all the day my PC stays connected to both networks and I can't disconnect my PC from "attwifi". When mi PC is only connected to attwifi, AVAST shows a warning saying that this network is unsecure and information passing through it can be stolen (both networks (attwifi and ANY) are showed as unsecure networks by AVAST).
In the case of the "ANY" network it's different because that network only appears for few seconds and after disappears.

I hope you can give me an explanation to this because it is kind of strange.

Thank you.

2 possible answers, 1. Your network has been compromised by some kind of spyware, spybot, etc.
2. HDD has been infected with something.

Best possible solution, run Microsoft Security Essentials, Microsoft Defender, or MalwareBytes asap. If you have sensitive information on your HDD you better secure it quick because at this point, keylogging could be already taking place. Good luck!!

Solution
blast simple fix..dial into your wifi router 192.168.1.1 change the password and and admin name so no one change change your settings. go into wifi settings change the default channel to another channel and then make your ssid something like your pets name and then turn on wep or wpa. (wpa is better). this will keep your pc from logging into other people wifi and people leaching off your open wifi or repeating it.

I found that if I shut down my MODEM, those networks (attwifi and ANY) are still there, so could those networks not come from my MODEM? o this could be a problem of my PC?

Another thing... I found that those networks appear even in my smartphone (and this one is not connected to that network)
