Today I tried to build my pc and my power supply turns off immediately after I turn it on. I tried the paperclip trick and It turned on for like 2-3 seconds and then turned back off, I'm guessing the PSU is dead but I want to make sure before I exchange it. P.S All case fans connected to it stay on though
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card

EDIT: I looked up and read that my PSU fans turn off under 20% load (I didn't know this since my other pc had an old psu which worked differently) Now I believe what is dead is the motherboard.
