I have different Problem in our office, we have program that a actually running as remote to connect to other location.

The default gateways is 25.0.0.1 and the IPV/6 is on and its like running as VM and it doesn't have a actual or physical LAN, I need to connect that PC to my Domain Controller but because it only requires a single default gateway.

I can connect it to my Domain without a problem but if i access that computer It wont allow it even pinging the IP address I assigned, but from that computer I can ping the other pc. I hope you guys understand what im trying to say.

Sounds like that PC's firewall is blocking incoming requests (ping and such) thus he can send pings and get successful answers but the rest won't because it's firewall is dropping them.

Assuming you are getting successful pings from one network to the other then there's no gateways issues, otherwise ping wouldn't have been successful from neither side.
