fx 6350 gtx 770 or i5-4570 gtx 760

I would choose the FX 6350 with the GTX 770 for the time being, as it will probably provide the most gaming performance out of the box. However if you plan to add another GPU or wish to upgrade the GPU within this system, then I would get the i5-4570 with the GTX 760 as the FX 6350 likely would be a bottleneck later on.

Intel>AMD in most situations in terms of gaming.
the 770 iis better than the 760 by a fair bit but you can overclock the 760 to match the 770.
so i would go with the i5 and 760

Generaly graphics card is more important in gaming then cpu, thus go with amd cpu and get better graphics. Though I would say, that fx 6300 is better price/performance choice then fx 6350. Also, if you can get it, get rather r9 280x then gtx 770, you might save some money (unless youre in US) for very similar performance. Also with the saved money you can maybe pull off an fx 8320, which would be much more future proof then 6300

Both will perform admirably and which is better can differ depending on the games you are playing. A CPU heavy game like skyrim or total war will be better on the intel build. On the other hand most games are heavier on the gpu so the amd build would probably edge ahead a little bit.

I just switched from a AMD FX 8350 to a i7 4770k and it is night and day difference. the i5 will give you more FPS and a much smoother experience. AMD performs well for the budget, but its a bumpy ride.
