Hi,
I am a first time pc builder and I am very nervous I already made a mistake in my motherboard and cpu compatibility so I sent the motherboard back and I'm thinking of getting the Asus sabertooth 990fx because I want to use an amd cpu but will my nvidia GeForce graphics cards work with this also if I was to buy the same graphics card and do a sli but the cards have different memory would that be an issue? Also if anyone knows any good amd compatible motherboards I would love suggestions I would like it to be somewhat new and good for gaming thanks !

What AMD cpu are you going to put into the Sabertooth 990FX from ASUS? Cause it will work with any AM3+ cpu. I run an Asus Sabertooth 990fx in my own rig, and it works just fine.

The Asus 990FX Sabertooth will work fine with an Nvidia GPU and it is Sli certified.

I don't know much about SLi, but I think you might need to get the same memory amount on each gpu for Sli to work right. Also you can Sli only a 760 with a 760. Not a 770 with a 760 and not a 680 with a 760.
