Laptop Dell
Installed with win 7 entreprise
and Sharepoint
I have a daughter who have got a laptop from school. She can access it with her username and password when she is in school and they have WI FI at school. But when she comes at home, she can´t access it, at same time can my son access with his username and password from the same laptop. School says there is no problem with the laptop and setting. But the answer doesn´t help us at home. We have Wi Fi at home too.
Can somebody suggest where the problem can be and how we can access with her same username and password from home ????
