What PSU is the best for my build (£60-70 in the uk)?

Here's my build:
Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770
Intel i5 4670k (planning to oc)
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
G Skills Ripjaw 2x4GB 1600
Crucial m500 120gb
Seagate barracuda 2TB 7200
Lite-On iHAS124-04
My case is the zalman z11 plus

This is my first build and I plan to oc when I put it together I have all the parts.

I'm going to purchase the PSU today so I really need to know some quality PSU's around this price range they don't have to be modular but I'd like that as it's a first build to make it easier.

Thank you guys

More about psu build
  1. easy mate, get something in the 600w-700w range from a good brand like corsair, seasonic, the v series from cooler master, or nzxt psu's. these all are built on solid well tested parts and are super stable and safe. also looking at reviews from jonnyguru.com will help a bit. you can run this on a 550w psu with no trouble but extra headroom for overclocking and expansion are a good good thing! much luck!
  2. Im now looking at these two what would be better I see that the non modular one has higher efficiency if this site is correct but the other will be better for airflow to keep my system cool.

    Modular

    Non-Modular

what would you choose out of those?

Thanks for the help already, I'm just not sure which too choose and i have to make my decision soon.
