Drop that hd 5670. A10 5800k has an integrated graphics that performs same as 5670.
you don't need case cooler and cpu cooler if you aren't into overclocking. Stock coolers will work fine. Get 1 Tb hdd. Save money and try to get gtx 650 and fx 6300. In this case, you'll need to upgrade your psu.
Zebronics make cheap low quality psu's. Go for Seasonic, cooler master or Antec

So your budget is 45000 INR which is about $730 USD. To play Ultra on the latest games, you'll need a little more money simply because Crysis, BF4 etc games require a very powerful GPU ($300+ USD or 18.5k INR). That's almost have your budget in one component. And then you need a monitor on top of that. It's just not really achievable.

What I suggest is you start with a good foundation and then upgrade overtime. One thing that is difficult is just how expensive parts are in India. For a complete build in India (with monitor) would be about 54000 INR. That's about $880 USD. Yet in the US, the cost would be about $700. That's a big chunk of change.

I don't know why, but the website builder you provided isn't working for me. I can't go to the next page. So, I'm simply going to list the parts I think you need to start with as a minimum gaming build.

FX 4300
Asus M5A97
G. Skill RipJaws 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Corsair CX500
1TB HD (your choice)
Sapphire 7770 HD
Any DVD drive (if needed)
Pick a case.
A monitor.

Depending on what you pick for the DVD, Case and monitor, you're looking at spending about 52000 INR. I know that over your budget. But remember, PC gaming is an expensive hobby.

TOTAL - 42183.

Hope this helps.

PS - These prices of components are taken from flipkart. You can get these same components cheaper in your local store and save atleast 2000rs.

We need to understand the budget and the situation of people.
For me, all it matters is the op's happiness and satisfaction.

No bro, the build I suggested was fine. You can download a trial version of OS and buy a full version later.

I never wanted to change your mind. If your mind keeps changing, you cannot be happy. You'll see gtx 660 is better than gtx 650 . 24" monitor is way better than a 19" and list goes on.

This way you will not find peace and joy.
