I have a stationary computer that I am currently selling. Before the new owner was to receive it, I was going to do a full system recovery. When I tried turning it on afterwards, there is this installationprogram that wants to install windows again, but instead of the windows home premium I had before, it now wants to install windows home basic. Which makes my product key invalid. I have nothing I can do on the PC at the moment, not even safe-mode wants to turn on without me installing windows again. And it doesnt work no matter what I've tried. Please help...

You may have upgraded from Basic to Premium and forgotten about it.
If the Basic version was pre-installed at the factory (assuming it's a factory-built computer) you do not need to enter a Product Key to restore that version using the Factory Recovery process.
